System Analyst (ABAP)

Roles & Responsibilities:

This position will design and develop programs in SAP's proprietary language and IT process from requirement to serve business expansion though focus on efficiency enhancement and operation control.

  • Coding/debugging SAP program in various functions by using ABAP programming language.
  • Troubleshooting and correcting SAP program issues by using ABAP programming language.
  • Implementing OSS notes.
  • Creating/changing Technical Specification.
  • Assisting and supporting SAP application team to solve programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineer, MIS and related field.
  • At lease experience 2-5 year in ABAP programming especially in preparing the technical specification and debug the program.
  • Dot Net programming experience would be advantage.
  • Able to develop and test program according to their particular specifications.
  • Good problem solving, logical thinking and service mind.
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking.

Supervisor, Logistic

Roles & Responsibilities:

This position will develop, supervise, monitor, control and recommend logistics arrangement regularly and urgently transportation of ship’s spare parts to the vessels in according with the efficiency cost and time.

  • To monitor and follow up the new coming order to Hub, follow up with purchaser or supplier if needed
  • To plan the optimum mode of shipment to destination in time ( compare price, mode with requirement date)
  • To communicate with destination agent/consignee of the shipment for proper arrangement
  • To manage and communicate with master / technical (operation) team/ purchaser to ensure all will be in control
  • To control and follow up the executed shipment and vessel schedule until safe delivered
  • To coordinate with concerned parties in case there is unusual logistic matter to solve and analyze the problems for improvement and take corrective actions.
  • To provide direction and solution for effective process and efficient cost
  • To create an initiate strategy and method in order to perform cost saving for logistics activities by resourcing, consolidate
  • To handle BOI activities for Group

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in related field or Engineer is preferable
  • At lease experience 3 year in logistics area especially related to BOI
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiation skill, problem solving, analytical skill with logical thinking
  • Good Interpersonal, communication and time management
  • Good command of English in writing, listening and speaking.
  • Advanced excel is preferable

Officer, Legal

Report to : Associate Director, Legal

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handling all corporate matters, including but not limited to, reviewing legal documents, registration of all company related matter at the DBD, assisting in Board and AGM Meeting related matters.
  • Assisting Corporate HR and Procurement Functions in all other contractual matters and to resolve any legal issues that arise from time to time.
  • Developing of training programs for TTA’s employees on the Code of Business Conduct and also general law issues.
  • Ensuring that all standardize contracts are legally correct, enforceable and safeguard company interests and at all time up to date.
  • Providing expert labor law advice in all employee claims and challenges and vis-?-vis advice on corporate law.
  • Advising and assisting all functions in vetting and/or to drafting of all legal documents.

Qualifications:

  • A law degree holder.
  • At least 3-5 years experience as an in-house counsel in any MNC in Thailand or a reputable international law firm with relevant extensive experience in Corporate (Company) law (including SET/SEC), Labor Law and Law on Contracts including some Intellectual Property legal work, Financial Law and the Thai jurisdiction process.
  • Good understanding of Labor Law, Corporate Law, Contractual Laws, General Acts, Rules and Regulations and Thai jurisdiction system.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
