ISS Thoresen Agencies Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc. In September 2003 an agreement was signed with Inchcape Shipping Services amalgamating the agency operations of the Thoresen Group and ISS Thailand under a franchise agreement.

Thoresen has been in the agency business in Thailand since 1937 and is one of Thailand's leading ship's agencies handling over 1000 vessels a year.

Inchcape Shipping Services is the world's leading global agency network with over 200 offices worldwide. ISS Thoresen Agencies Ltd is a part of this global network but remains wholly owned by the Thoresen Group.

The head office is in Bangkok with branch offices in Sriracha, Map Ta Phut, Songkhla and Phuket covering all the ports inThailand.

ISS Thoresen represents many first class principals as ships' agents and also as booking agents for liner principals.
