Corporate Affairs Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meeting arrangement for Board of Directors and shareholder meeting
  • Assist in preparing report to Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and annual filling to SET/SEC
  • Prepare minutes for the Company and its subsidiaries both in locally and overseas
  • Prepare and maintain updated corporate records
  • Update and monitoring changes in relevant legislation

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field preferable in English or Laws
  • High administrative and organization skill possess basic knowledge of law and regulations related to Public Company Limited Company Act, Securities and Exchange Acts
  • Excellent Command in English is a must with strong translation skills
  • Can work under time constraint
  • Well-organized, strong team player, and have good interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 2-3 years experience in Company Secretary is preferable
  • Experience in dealing with government organizations would be an advantage

External Communication Assistant Manager

Communication (PR & Events)

  • Monitor PR news and industry news about the corporation and its competitors and identifies emerging issues.
  • Responsible for daily news summary report in English and dissemination to designated recipients
  • Write, edit, review and update content & select photos for external communications, including press releases, photo releases, speeches, message from Chairman & CEO , talking points, annual report, fact sheets, advertorials, websites, corporate & CSR videos, corporate brochure, presentations etc. and ensure accuracy, clarity, timely and appropriateness.
  • Assisting in organizing events: AGM event, press conference and other marketing events as assigned etc.
  • Supervising graphic designer team in producing all communications materials, such as photo news, advertorials, annual report, brochure, banners, info-graphic, artworks etc. and ensure accuracy of information, and deliver professional image of the company.
  • Supporting other department / BUs in planning and implementing Publicity activities, investor relations activities and other activities as requested. Also ensure that accurate key messages and good corporate image are conveyed to the appropriate audiences in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with Ad/PR agencies or event organizers for all corporate content and issues, branding and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient external communications

Media Relations

  • Handle media relation activities – media inquiries, pitching stories & interview, visiting media on anniversary, orgainizing new year party etc.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and media.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with relevant media.
  • Responsible for selecting media sponsoring program and budgeting & negotiating

Ensure media have a better understanding of company’s businesses and trust the company’s management team.

CSR & Sustainability

  • Responsible for creating contents and activities for social media (CSR Facebook) and boosting number of followers / Likes /Shares.
  • Responsible for gathering information and writing sustainability report
  • Work closely with organizations / foundations to develop interesting activities and key messages to communicate to related stakeholders and via online media to drive corporate image

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Communications, Marketing, Business.
  • Minimum 7 years of PR activities, media relations, issue & crisis management, CSR & Sustainability report., a plus for PR agency, event organizing and social media experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both Thai and English
  • Good personality, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strategic planning skill
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities to assess employees' needs
  • Execution-focused, with strong attention to detail
  • Love to think outside-the-box and develop non-traditional activities
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, in addition to an understanding and knowledge of social media outlets
  • Skill in video/photo taking & editing, digital tools management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the key person to develop an HRD platform to be used across the region along while act as the lead person to drive the execution of the program.
  • Provide rapid access to existing solutions, co-develop new solutions with HR Team, co -ordinate to roll-out/activation plan.
  • Provide custodianship of HRD solutions (policy, process, products and knowledge)
  • Set up and implement talent & performance management, Individual development plan, succession planning, and career path.
  • Work in collaboration with related parties for need analysis, learning program development, including learning objectives, training roadmap, learning approaches, and program evaluation.
  • Drive Employee Engagement and Employee Recognition program through various activities
  • Monitor and report related HROD Projects, Progress and measure project performance with appropriate methodology.
  • Work in line with Regional EVP Group HR to develop HRD strategies both short and long term to support company’s vision/mission/goals.
  • Controlling and developing activities focus on Organization Development and Staff Training & development. Work closely with management to assess company’s learning environment, identify training needs, identify areas of improvement, design training roadmap, and set up annual training plan.
  • Managing performance process to be efficient and effective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development (HRD/OD) or related field.
  • At least 7 years working experience in organization development, people strategy, performance management or related fields.
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience in culture building, competency development and organization development.
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and talent & succession management
  • Knowledge of learning and development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, can work well with all level (across functions to management level).
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Internal Communication Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all internal communications including planning, creating, writing, designs and posts compelling contents
  • Develop and manage internal communication both online and offline channels
  • Plan and manage all communications related to employee experience and engagement activities to employees and management
  • Translate TTA business strategies and brand culture into creative internal communications campaigns to engage and promote them to TTA Group people
  • Arrange employee activities such as Town Hall, Sport Day, CSR Volunteer Project etc.
  • Drive active participation in all communication channels and activities
  • Serve as MC on occasion basis.
  • Identify and evaluate current employee activities across all company and provide feedback to ensure positive experiences
  • Intake the information from Business Units to generate & collaborate for the internal communications as requested
  • Responsible for producing monthly newsletter, updating corporate portal and writing script for all internal events and ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness

Legal Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and counsel within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure TTA complies with all relevant laws and regulations in formulating internal company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters (for example loans, leases, purchase agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, employment contracts) to protect the organisation's legal and business interests
  • Review and approve public statements from a legal standpoint to identify, anticipate and mitigate legal risks
  • Represent the organisation in legal proceedings in before courts, government agencies, or other authorities so that the organisation's interests are protected

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in Law
  • Have experience at least 7 years in Corporate Legal
  • Have experience in Shipping, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Food & Beverage Business or Large listed company would be advantage
  • Good Business Acumen with Strong Experience in Commercial Agreements Reviewing and Advising
  • Mature, flexible and hands-on
  • Excellent Command in English (especially reading and writing)
