Legal Officer/Senior Legal Officer

  • Prepare legal compliance and other documents using both Thai and English
  • Handle all regulatory work to be assigned by the Corporate Legal Counsel
  • Handle all corporate registration at the competent authority in Thailand
  • Research Thai laws and procedures, and may extend to other international legal issues
  • Conduct both online corporate searches and searches with corporate registry systems
  • Perform tasks relating to company operations, including preparation of correspondence
  • Review and Draft contracts for the Company both with external and internal
  • Provision of legal advice to all business units regarding legal issues/questions
  • Handle the Legal Department administrative matters
  • Perform any other tasks to be assigned from time to time by the Corporate Legal Counsel
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a Thai Law School or Abroad
  • Able command of written and spoken Thai and/or English
  • 3 - 5 years of legal experience preferred
  • Strong interest in international law

  • Participate in the identification, feasibility analysis and negotiation of real estate acquisitions
  • Source and analyze the feasibility of potential development sites and evaluate associated development schemes.
  • Development planning for successful development of condominium projects, which would include extensive financial investment analysis, pro-forma modeling of new developments, opportunistic investment strategies and potential public participation
  • Source acquisition opportunities, conceptual planning
  • Direct activities with attorneys, architects, engineers, and other consultants to plan projects related to public entitlement, site permits, acquisition due diligence and closing activities
  • Direct and manage the Development Project Execution Team responsible for the construction of projects, coordination of designers and consultants and general contractor, etc.
  • Monitor and assure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget, schedule and required investment returns
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, professional guidance, direction and supervision to team members, including Business Development / Project Managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 10 years’ experience in property development and project management functions involving (Low rise - Condominium) projects will be advantage
  • Must be knowledgeable about Architectural Design, Construction and Engineering Materials
  • Must have work experience at the management level and must be very knowledgeable about the property development industry
  • Good financial & business analytical skills
  • Good English communication and computer skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and able to work independently

  • Mature with strong leadership, good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage for delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Recognize for the correctness of billings, receipts, and payments including VAT and withholding tax submissions.
  • Reconciliation of Financial reports, statements and financial documentation
  • Coordinate with budget owners, risk management, controllers, analyst, internal and external auditors to ensure smooth functioning of the finance department.
  • Monitor the preparation of the final summarized financial statement. Check for any frauds or misstatements. Confirm that the true financial position of the organization is reflected in the statement.
  • Support the information for management team in the development and execution of strategic and operational plans and budgets based on departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in solid experience in general finance management from real estate industry plus supervising skills.
  • Financial feasibility project is a plus.
  • Results-oriented, possesses good leadership and communication skills and works well in a high-pressure environment.
  • Energetic, having self-motivation & willing to work with team.
  • Good command of both Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel in advance level
  • Able to use SAP R3
  • Experience and proven portfolio showcasing a solid background in luxury, hi-end interior design for lifestyle design (Real Estate)
  • Together with the design teams to develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
  • Responsible for generating, developing and implementing interior design concepts
  • Direct and oversee the site deliverance to completion
  • Site inspection with good standard and quality
  • Coordination work between designers and contractors.
  • Bachelor degree or Master's degree in Interior Design
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Development Manager of Real Estate (Residential and Hospitality)
  • Experience in Real Estate are advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photo shop, Sketch up
