- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements including lease contracts, purchase agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents
- Provide legal support for real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and property development
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, zoning regulations, and relevant policies
- Conduct due diligence on property titles, including title verification and risk assessment
- Prepare legal documentation and coordinate with external counsel in litigation and dispute-related matters
- Liaise with government authorities such as the Department of Business Development (DBD) for company registration, shareholder changes, capital increases, and other corporate filings
- Advise on general corporate legal matters including commercial law, investment structures, and asset management
- Provide legal guidance on landlord-tenant issues, property tax, and real estate financing
- Monitor updates in property, commercial, and regulatory laws to identify potential legal risk.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate law or corporate legal functions
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, legal research, and dispute coordination
- Good understanding of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and corporate property management
- Holding a lawyer’s license is considered an advantage (A Plus)
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (reading & writing)

The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing tax compliance, tax planning, and tax risk management both in Thailand and internationally. This role ensures full adherence to evolving tax laws and global tax trends while optimizing tax efficiency for the company. The ideal candidate must have expertise in corporate tax, VAT, and transfer pricing, with experience handling tax audits and working with tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, and other statutory taxes in Thailand and foreign jurisdictions.
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and global tax trends, assessing their potential impact on the company’s operations.
- Maintain compliance with local and international tax laws, including transfer pricing and cross-border taxation requirements.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and internal teams to ensure tax strategies align with regulatory standards.
Tax Planning & Optimization
- Develop and implement tax-efficient structures to optimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance.
- Provide tax advisory support for business transactions, M&A activities, and international business expansion.
- Evaluate and enhance tax planning strategies by staying updated on global tax trends and digital tax transformations.
Tax Risk Management & Audit Support
- Identify and mitigate tax risks by conducting regular tax reviews and implementing internal controls.
- Manage tax audits, tax investigations, and inquiries from tax authorities both in Thailand and internationally.
- Prepare and maintain proper tax documentation, including transfer pricing reports and BEPS-related documentation.
- Provide strategic tax recommendations to minimize potential exposures.
Business Advisory & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Advise senior management and business units on tax implications for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams to integrate tax considerations into corporate strategies.
- Coordinate with external consultants, tax authorities, and global partners to ensure best tax practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- CPA, CTA, or other relevant tax certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a multinational corporation or a Big 4 firm.
- Strong knowledge of Thai and international tax laws, including transfer pricing and cross-border taxation.
- Familiarity with global tax trends, digital tax regulations, and OECD/G20 initiatives (such as Pillar 1 & 2).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).

Warranty role
- Oversee the entire warranty claims process, from submission to resolution.
- Conducting warranty claim review, audit, consultation and handling work to ensure all warranty claims are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of warranty claims and decisions.
- Address and resolve warranty issues and complaints from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding warranty policies, procedures, and claim status.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the warranty service.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Product Development teams to address recurring issues and improve product quality.
- Develop, update, and enforce warranty policies and procedures. And provide training to dealers’ staff on warranty policies and procedures.
- Study industry standards, legal requirements in order to alignment with company policies
Part planning role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive spare parts strategy aligned with the company’s after-sales objectives.
- Support Spare part Certification by Coordinate with Headquarter for Technical data and support Agency to submit Part certification with Local Government.
- Support Spare part technical data with another department
- Coordinate with Aftersales Technical team to Research Spare technical problem claim to find out root cause in order to report to Head quarter for Quality improvement.
- Manage the after-sales business model, ensuring effective parts availability. And Monitoring Fill Rate performance.
- Manage backorders and address critical spare parts issues, ensuring the timely resolution of problems that may impact brand reputation or customer satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the annual spare parts pricing strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and after-sales profitability targets. Continuously assess market trends and competitor strategies to maintain competitive and profitable pricing models.
- Experience 5 years in spare parts management, Aftersales Engineer, Automotive Engineer or a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of Automotive business, including technical management, Part Research & Development.
- Strong understanding of parts operations, including procedures, systems, and key performance metrics, with effective evaluation and measurement methods.
- Ability to achieve key operational KPIs, such as a high parts fill rate while optimizing costs, ensuring efficient service processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Experience in systems development and defining user requirements for dealer parts ordering, parts purchasing, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in computer program - MS office
- Have Car Driving License.
