Subject: Approval of Second Quarter Financial Results/Interim Dividend Payment
To: The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
At the Board of Directors meeting on 11 May 2006, the Board of Directors of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (the "Company") approved the following:
1. Approval of the second quarter financial results that ended on 31 March 2006.
2. Approval of an interim dividend payment based on the operating results of the six-month period that ended on 31 March 2006, of Baht 0.65 per share to the 643,684,422 ordinary shares whose names appear in the Company's shareholders register at 12:00 PM on 26 May 2006. The dividend payment will be made on 9 June 2006.
