Subject : Reports on the results of warrants exercise
To : The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Referring to Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited had set the submission period for the exercise
of 170,000,000 units of Right Warrants at the exercise price of Baht 1 each. The results of the Warrant
exercised were as follows :
Right Warrant II (TTA-W2) in the amount of 170,000,000 units. The exercise date No. 2/2004
was on 30th June 2004 and the Notification Period was during 16th June to 29th June 2004.
The below table shows the details of the Warrants' conversion

There are 5,524,530 remaining warrants after the exercise.
As a result, the Company's paid up capital will increase from 639,353,820 Baht to 639,567,720 Baht. The
Company will subsequently register the increase in paid-up capital with the Ministry of Commerce and apply
for the listing of new ordinary shares in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
