To : President to the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited would like to notify a change
in the registered share capital of the Company from Baht 770,000,000 (Baht Seven
Hundred and Seventy Million) to Baht 693,684,422 (Baht Six Hundred Ninety-Three
Million Six Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Two) by cancelling
the 76,315,578 unissued ordinary shares which had been reserved for two batches of
expired and unconverted warrants (TTA-W and TTA-W2).
The change in the registered share capital has been registered with the
Public Limited Company Registrar, Department of Business Department, Ministry of
Commerce on 15 February 2005.
