Subject: Appointment of Audit Committee Members
To: The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Pursuant to the Board of Directors meeting of Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited ("TTA") on 26 January 2007 at 12.30 P.M., the Board approved the appointment of Audit Committee members to replace those whose status as Audit Committee members had ended due to the retirement from the Board of Directors, as follows:
The names of the Audit Committee members whose status as Audit Committee members had ended due to the retirement from the Board of Directors:
1. Mr. Sompong Thanasophon Member of the Audit Committee 2. Vice Admiral Kittichai Senanarong Member of the Audit Committee The names of new directors to replace the above two Audit Committee members are as follows:
