Subject: The Offer and Issue of US Dollar Denominated Convertible Bonds to Foreign Investors

On 19 September 2007, Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (the "Company") offered convertible bonds in a total amount of US$ 169,800,000 to foreign investors. The Company would like to announce that the Company received a total subscription amount of US$ 169,800,000 in respect of the convertible bonds, and the convertible bonds were issued on 24 September 2007. The specific name of the convertible bonds is "US$ 169,800,000 2.50 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2012".
The intention of the Company to list the convertible bonds on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has already been announced. The Company would now like to announce that the convertible bonds were listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 25 September 2007.
