Ref: Disclosure of Information No. COR:MS/EL08025e/ms dated 11 December 2008 in relation to the Annual Dividend Payment and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
In the above mentioned disclosure, Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited ("TTA") informed the resolutions of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 11 December 2008 regarding the proposed annual dividend payment for the financial year that ended on 30 September 2008 and the information of the 1/2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
We would like to revise the closing date of TTA's share register book for collecting shareholders names under Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act from 9 February 2009 to 10 February 2009 as the date will fall on Makha Bucha Day which is a public holiday in Thailand. The record date to receive the annual dividend payments remains on 6 February 2009 and the final dividend payment date remains on 24 February 2009.
