Subject: Notification of SEC approval on Employee Joint Investment Program ("EJIP")
To: The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (the "Company" or "TTA") would like to notify that the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the Company's EJIP on 26 January 2010; hence, the Company's executives shall be waived from the reporting of changes in securities holdings (Form 59-2) of TTA shares acquired under the EJIP.
