To : The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand
Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to report the resignation of Mr. Terje Schau from the Board of Directors effective on 26 April 2010.
After the resignation of Mr. Terje Schau from the Board of Directors, the number of the Board of Directors will be reduced to nine (9). The Company, under the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, will consider the appointment of a new director to replace the remaining term of his directorship and will subsequently report the appointment to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
