TTA Joins with Jutal Holdings to Expand Offshore Engineering Business
Bangkok, June 25, 2024 – Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limtied (TTA), one of the leading strategic investment company in Thailand is proud to announce a joint venture agreement with Hong Kong Jutal Holding Limited (Jutal), the subsidiary of Jutal Group which engages in a professional service provider for Engineering, Procurement and Construction in offshore oil & gas, onshore modular plants and facilities, offshore renewable and green energy as well as shipbuilding industries.
The new joint venture company, Thoresen Jutal Offshore Engineering Heavy Industries (Thailand) Limited, based in Thailand, will explore possibilities in providing engineering, procurement, construction and installation services for energy business, including the growing steel fabrication business in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
